About Oliver Caminos

My wife, Yolanda Caminos, and I are the owners of St. Germain Properties. Our agency provides an outrageously superior level of knowledge and service when buying or selling homes in the Charleston Area. Although our agents cover the entire city, I specialize in Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, Mt. Pleasant, and the Historic Downtown area. Most of my clients are current luxury and vacation property owners, or relocating to the Lowcountry. I also represent several builders on their new construction homes on Isle of Palms. We manage all of our home listings utilizing technology and my 20 years of experience in real estate to sell homes quickly and for an excellent price. I have consistently ranked in the top 2% of Charleston Realtors by total sales volume. Previously, I was the owner of a regional mortgage and title company for over 10 years and have been a party to over 1000 real estate transactions. Yolanda and I have 3 wonderful boys and a usually well behaved dog, Wally. We enjoy traveling and creating wonderful memories with family and friends.
