Kenny Cohen recently passed his South Carolina State Real Estate License Exam and officially joined St. Germain Properties as a REALTOR® and Luxury Specialist. While new to the profession, he brings more than two decades of hands-on experience as a real estate investor and property owner throughout the Lowcountry, particularly on Daniel Island, where he has lived and owned multiple properties.

His background in real estate investing, financial markets, and interior design gives him a unique perspective when helping clients evaluate properties.
